Electricity North West

We are the North West’s Distribution Network Operator, providing power to 5 million people in 2.4m homes and business across the North West. We invest billions of pounds in the region, focusing on key areas of safety, reliability customer service and net zero.

  • We will deliver at least 9/10 level of customer service and provide additional support to customers in vulnerable circumstances and fuel poverty
  • We are investing more than £1 million per day into the network between 2023 and 2028 – a total of £2bn
  • A £33m investment in Lancashire will increase capacity at 11 substations across Lancashire
